Suggest Treatment For Celiac Disease

I had emergency surgery for an unattached colon when I was 39. Isn t that a little odd? I would think mthat one would figure that before I was that age. I almost died. Oh well. Secondly, although that celiac is an autoimmune disease, how ight that compound the unattached colon?

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you should consider following causes for your complaints and sufferings-
Unattached Colon-is the Sigmoid portion of the colon, which may strangulate by rotating around the basal attached portion and thus was removed as emergency it presented with for gangrenous colon.

Treatment for Celiac Disease-
Its a autoimmune disease with allergic mucosa of small bowels resulting in to malabsorption effects and loss of body weight in sever cases.
Treatment -
a-Total Gluten free diet
b-Oat meal mainly with rice etc
c-Butter Milk for maintaining bacterial flora, from repeated antibiotic treatments needed for the diarrheas due to low bowel immunity to food induced bacterial / viral / parasitic / helminthic infections/infestations.
d-Vit B 12 Subligual Tabs-1000 mcg daily
c-Tab Folic Acid-50 mg daily.
d-Oral/ or Inj.Iron- to treat anaemia if need be
e-Vit D3 and Calcium orally- to avoid bone resorption from lack of these aliments.
Bland diet with low volumes and frequent feeds devoid of Gluten /
high protein with Tab Enzar for good digestion x 6 weeks
/ high fat for better caloric supplementation.
/ low vegies mostly in liquid form to start and solids later on- to avoid bloating
-Even oat /barley / rye may need to be avoided in few cases.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
