Suggest Treatment For Causing Growth Of Moustache And Beard

hello doctor,
im male of age 24. I dont hav much moustache and beard. I look soo younger. I hav bit presense of hair at the chin and very less hairs at moustache, rest of the face is soo soft. I think it may genetic but i need solution, coz i doesnt look complete man. plz help me.

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that this would be genetic in origin and nothing can be done but some time late onset may be possible and this is nothing to worry because mustache and beard is not the only criteria or sign for looking complete man, take care and have a nice day.
