Suggest Treatment For Carcinoid Syndrome

I have Carcinoid Syndrome with Neuroendocrine liver cancer. I have problems with high Seratonin levels. I need to find a medicine and herbal checker that will help me regulate these high Seratonin levels to keep them low to help with severe anxiety. Also a good diet and vitamin regime, to naturally keep my Seratonin levels safe. My heart rate is fast, I have attacks, when I have physical stress, sometimes emotional, with severe sweating, weakness, wanting to faint. My past bad reactions to medicines are, anti depressants, Celexa, Effexor,Prozac, Seraphine, Buspar, Trazadone, Zophran, and more. How can I find more information on controlling my Sereatonin levels?

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

The only medication which can help in such conditions is Octreotid which will reduce serotonins levels produced by pancreas and intestines. However it may not be enough to remove completely symptoms of carcinoid syndrome and th eonly curable solution is to do liver resection surgery if this is resectable. It means that metastases should be limited to one liver lobe. Your medications may have its own side effects and it should not be related to Neuroendocrine tumor, but you take bit too much medications that affects your psychological functions.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
