General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management, you can use antifungal creams like Clotrimazole for symptomatic.

If lesion persists better to consult a gynecologist and start on oral antifungal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
