Hello, unfortunately the prognosis in patients with gallbladder cancer is not favorable due to late detection. The main sites of dissemination are the liver, stomach, duodenum, pancreas, colon, omentum or even the abdominal wall. The risk of metastasis increases according to the size of the tumor. If the tumor is in an unresectable state, the intention of the treatment is palliative, trying to improve the quality of life, decrease pain and jaundice. The treatment indicated is radiation therapy and may or not include chemotherapy
