Suggest Treatment For Cancer In The Appendix

Is a well differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoid with goblet cell differentiation actually adenocarcinoma? I had appendix cancer, that spread to the colon and to 2 surrounding lymph nodes. I treated it with an appendectomy and a right colectomy, but I am now considering chemo in fear that this cancer will come back. I have had multiple opinions and there is no consensus among my oncologists.
