Suggest Treatment For Burping And Pain In Upper Chest

Thank you. I'm concern about excessive burping in Am and evening with occasional ( daily now ) pain in Right side of chest. I was pos. for Hpylor, treated, ans was fine foe a while. Burping came back worse than ever with pain in Right upper chest, sometimes under Left scapula. Burping is the worsed while driving home from work.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, excessive burping could be due to dyspepsia and it could be due to diet or may be due to infection, in either of this case it is the self limiting condition but care needs to be taken for diet, try to avoid the greasy, high density fat diet, try to avoid the heavy meal.
Dyspepsia always cause the hyperacidity and for that I would suggest to try PPI (Proton pump inhibitor) like Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day for couple of weeks, may needs antibiotic in case of infection, (Nausea, fatigue, headache, loss of appetite may be the sign of infection )
