Suggest Treatment For Burns Near Vulva And Bumps Near Anus

I had chemotherapy and radiotherapy last in December and had had terrible burns on my vulva. 1. There are some sores on my bum right at the bottom of my bum which are still not healing, why? 2. Just a few days ago I tried to have sex with my partner 3months after treatment but I experienced severe pain that I cried during sex.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi dear. I am your physician, having a vast years long experience in the field of General Surgery, psychiatry, Radiotherapy, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, Ottorhinolaryngology and Nutrition and weight loss, and Pain Management. I have carefully gone through your case and in my expert opinion the sores should have had been gone uptil now. There are chances that its secondary infection thats the cause of symptoms and signs. Also there may be residual lesion of the primary disease left behind mistakenly. So I advise you to consult your physician again to reevaluated the lesion and suggest a treatment accordingly if needed.
But don't be afraid and upset. Take a rest physically and sexually so that you may get healed properly. Dyspareunea (painful sex) will increase your troubles more.
Hope you get healthy soon and start a normal life again. Have a nice time and stay blessed. Hope I helped you today
