General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to peripheral neuropathy.
One of the common causes is diabetes which you excluded in the query.
There are many causes such as vitamin B12 deficiency.
I suggest to do some examinations to exclude other conditions.
I also suggest to take a vitamin B12 supplement.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
