Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In The Right Hand

Hi I have been experiencing a burning sensation in the ridgt hand side of my airway for some time. This is most noticeable when I am at rest, sitting. It is not connected to meal times or excercise. It is similar to the pain that occurs after strong exertion like running.

As per history please do a CBC with differential of blood which will ruled out Erythromelalgia and do an ECG .(Thanks)
