Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In The Anus And Constipation
I have lap band. The last week Ive been constipated and have a burning anus. Today when I used the bathroom it was heavy and tubular but maroonish/clay color. I did get a fill on Tuesday but I don t eat very much. I am a coffee drinker. On 40mg of Nexium daily for 3 years now. I have no heartburn or digestion. It just feels like its all on the lower end now. I had slight cramping, which felt almost like period cramps but I know they are not. Im 5 3 260
You are taking nexium since 3 year. You have not mentioned reason for it.Mostly could be because of acid reflux or acidity.
Here you mostly have problem related to constipation. The hard stool can not be easily pass and can lead to pain or burning while defecation..
Get your stool examine .If show RBC and pus cells then there might be shigellosis like bacterial infection. If egg of ameba seen then might be amebic infection.
Get your proctoscopy anal examination to rule out proctitis like condition.
Meanwhile drink more water. Avoid excess spicy food. Green leafy veg taken more Regular exercise done. Fruits taken more
If still symptoms increasing USG or colonoscopy may needed.
Take care.
