Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The urine examination shows that urine has cloudy appearance, has large number of pus cell and bacteria.
These findings are suggestive of urinary tract infection (UTI).
Presence of 3+ albumin can be due to infection.
The next step is to get a urine culture done followed by drug sensitivity test.
Culture and drug sensitivity will isolate the organism causing the infection and most appropriate antibiotic effective against the organism.
After completion of the drug therapy, you can get urine routine examination to ensure that infection is clear.

Thanks and take care
