Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation And Itching On Penis

hi i am 22 years old recently i got balanitis around a month ago and it was cured.But yesterday my penis foreskin got very itchy n den early morning i saw it was red completely after dat i washed my glans with soap (mild one keto) n den i experienced my skin is getting removed so i forcibly removed whole of the skin and now currently i'm experiencing burning sensation,itching swollen on my penis tip n glans......

I am sorry to hear that you recently had balanitis and now having additional burning redness and itching of your penis. From taking the antibiotics you were able to kill the bacteria that caused the balanitis but now the usual bacteria are gone and a fungal infection has now started. I recommend that you try nystatin or other topical antifungal. Keep the foreskin clean with mild soap and water. If it continues you may need to see a urologist for additional treatments
