Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This suggests underlying pelvic inflammatory disease with recurrent urinary infection.

Primary care with plenty of liquids, radical eradication of underlying infection according to culture evaluation, probiotic support, local hygiene care and protected sex act to avoid contact infections.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
