Suggest Treatment For Burning Esophagus Tract

I have a temp of 37.1 C and feel queasy, nauseous and had a headache all day, I feel like my eosophagus/tract feels 'burning' when eating or drinking fluids, hot or cold. Its only been tonight, and I've been overheated due to the heater on and warming up outside. I have MS, and I have some pain longterm that runs down my left jugular into my shoulder, that comes and goes, and that's present with this other condition which has only been tonight. The jugular MS pain runs down my left arm and also in my left groin, I'm pretty sure that follows the route of that blood vessel. Basically though tonight i feel like crap and just wondered, what is this new condition of a 'hot oesophagus', and given my 'fever'/high temp what is the diagnosis Doc??
