Hi,

I would recommend you to apply mild topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a moisturizing cream containing white soft paraffin on the entire legs 2-3 times in a day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist
