Suggest Treatment For Bumps On The Labia Minora

I have 4 bumps on the inside of my labia minora. They showed up one day after having sex with my boyfriend. Usually after intercourse I experience slight tenderness and pain, but these bumps I have never seen before. They are painful, itchy and it stings to urinate. I made an appt, but it s two weeks away and I just can t stand this level of uncomfortable. Any thoughts on what it may be and how I can relieve some of the pain?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility sexually transmitted infection (STI) is more.
You are sexually active, so you are always at risk with STI. Your symptoms like bumps in labia, tenderness, Itching, pain etc are classical symptoms of STI.
So consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination. You will need antibiotics.
At present, you should first avoid unprotected Intercourse. Keep proper hygiene of private parts. Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts. Take combination of painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs. Wash your genital area with betadine solution twice daily.
Don't worry, your pain will reduce with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
