Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
A cluster of bumps can be due to a number of conditions and warts are a common possibility.
However, a clinical examination of the lesions is necessary before a diagnosis is made and treatment is given.
Athelete's foot is a fungal infection and it responds to broad spectrum anti-fungals.
However, clinical examination of the feet is needed to diagnose the condition and start treatment.

Thus, I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical examination and management.

Thanks and take care
