Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely bartholinitis or just a boil/folliculitis. It is better to have a local exaination with GP or Gynecologist to rule out that. You can apply hot towel to get relief.Applying of betadine ointment is also helpful.I usually advise antibiotics like clindamycin as vaginal suppository or oral tab.In case of abscess i advise incision and drainage.I also recommend my patients to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent fro getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
