Suggest Treatment For Bump On The Bridge Of Nose

I have a bump on the bridge on the top left side of my nose. I have been wearing braces for five years. Have had problems with upper left side of teeth. I feel the moving of teeth caused this. I had a dentist visit last Friday and he just noticed I have a missing tooth. He put a rubber band on bottom tooth connected to my upper left side second tooth. Thee upper moler problem was just noticed 4 weeks ago. Notice the left side of nose changing then but since last visit besides mouth being in pain. I have headache s I felt really sic Monday and my vision was hard to focus in. Is this normal?
Thank you.

Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain a bump over the bridge of top left side of nose can be a pimple or a hair follicle infection or a cyst but it does not seems to be related to the wearing of braces..
Other thing that I would like to bring to your notice is that Orthodontic treatment can take about one and a half years to about 2 years for complete resolution and alignment of teeth and in case if it is 5 years, you should be alert as there is something not right with the treatment and you should consult another orthodontist for examination..
Headache can be radiating pain from teeth due to application of pressure and teeth movement but lack eatment and can be of focus needs evaluation as it is generally not evident in orthodontic treatment and is evident only of the individual is unable to focus due to pain..
If this is not the case evaluation is a must by a medicine specialist..
As of now you can take painkillers like Ibuprofen for pain relief..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
