Welcome to health care magic.

1.There are two possibilities of chest pain - could be musculoskeletal pain in first place followed by the lung pathologies.
2.To confirm if there is any bony abnormalities - chest x-ray will be investigation of choice.
3.X-ray will able to detect ant lung pathologies followed by collar bone / clavicle abnormalities as you suspect.
4.Sore throat and cold are more of features of viral / bacterial infection of throat.
5.Suggest to see your GP and get a chest x-ray done, that will help to diagnose and treat accordingly.

Good luck.
