Suggest Treatment For Bump Between Inner Thigh And Vagina

I have a cyst type bump between my vagina and groin right on the muscle that pops out when you move ur leg in and out thing is its on both sides and are hard to the touch and sore been there for quite some time sometimes it shrinks sometimes it gets bigger but it never goes completely away any suggestions on what it could be

Hi,
I understand your concern.
The bump on either side of vagina seems to be Bartholin cyst. bartholin gland acts for lubrication of vagina .. when it's opening is blocked due to thick mucus or infection... it's secretions collect inside to form a cyst... the size increases after sex , as the gland secretions increase during the process.
* In such a case, you can manage it at home.
- keep the area clean/ foment it by schitz's bath/ take pain medicine over counter like Ibuprofen .. many a times it resolves .
* If infected it becomes inflamed & painful to form Bartholin abscess.There is lot of pain, redness, abscess, fever in this condition . & the doctor's treatment becomes essential( antibiotics, pain medicines/incision & drainage followed by medicines )
