Suggest Treatment For Bulky Uterus With Mild Hydronephrosis, Severe Abdominal Pain And Bleeding Post An Interior Pyeloplasty

Hii..My mom has bulky uterus with mild right hydronephrosis..Her age is 49 yr.. doctor had done interior pyroplasty in 2010..After this operation she has this problem now..Now she has too much bleeding and pain in abdominal..Doctor denied for removal of uterus because she has Bell s palsy and already 3 cisearian silvery..Plzz suggest me ..What should I do..

I think bells palsy and previous cesarean are not a contraindications to removal of uterus. So please consult another gynecologist. Another option is to laser ablation of uterus as it is dub case.
