Cardiologist 's  Response

The bulging discs in the neck can lead to irradiating pain in the shoulder and wrist.

Anyway, I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam and performing nerve conduction studies, to examine your nerves for any possible pinched nerves.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
