Suggest Treatment For Bruises On The Arms
Hello Dr. Rynne, My left arm feels like it is bruised from about 4 inches up from my wrist to my mid upper arm (interior arm). There is not discoloration or any other visual difference. I gave blood, as I do several times each year, about 3 weekends ago. The phlebotomist was new and had to get assistance to hit the vein correctly. Could it be that I have some sort of residual issue from that? It didn t start until about 10 days ago. I kept thinking it would subside.
