Suggest Treatment For Bruises On Inside Of Thighs With Lumps
I had a bruise appear 2 weeks ago on the inside of my thigh, about 4-5 cm diameter. Possibly the result of a bike ride but i dont remember doing it. It has pretty much faded now but I now have a small lump in the centre of where the bruise was, no bigger than 1-2 cm across.its very hard but not painful unless you press it, could it just be swelling that still needs to go down or should I see a doctor?

It seems that there might be having hematoma formation and with time passing it is absorbed and now it might be encapsulated small hematoma on the site.
Apply ice pack for few days.
With time it be absorbed.
