Suggest Treatment For Bruise On The Left Arm
I am an 86 year old man and have,over the past few years developed bruising on my left arm.the odd time can be from accidentally bumping a door jamb bu for the past few days there is no accounting for one bruise about 2sq inches and another about 3/4 sq inch.please advise any action I should take.

Hi dear please follow this points
1) Apply hot water shake thrice a day
2)Tab hifenac TH twice a day
3) mild shoulder stretching for 10 mins twice a day
4) keep yourself hydrated
5) also advise MRI if you don't get the relief within3 days
