Suggest Treatment For Bruise On Shin

I have a bruise on my shin, but over the last week it has gotten worse. I don t remember bumping it or anything to cause a bruise. It is tender and warm to the touch, there is no head of any kind and it doesn t seem to be filled with fluid. It is right on my shin bone and when I first noticed, it was only about the size of a dime. Now it is a little bigger then a quarter. Any idea?

HI
Well come to HCM
If this is single lesion and changing it's size and color cause pain then abscess need to be ruled out, because this could be infection, without clinical examination it is difficult to say what was the reason for this, if this is infection and inflammation then this need to be treated accordingly but right diagnosis is must, hope this information helps, take care.
