Suggest Treatment For Bruise On Knuckle, Stiffness And Tingling In Hands
I ve notice I have a bruise on my right middle hand on the knuckle and finger. I don t recall hitting it. Lately I have been having stiffness and tingling in both my hands. I was taking a typing class for 3 weeks and thought it was from that, but I am no longer taking it, which ended 5 days ago. I also have been having painful cramping in my shins, which occur frequently. Can this be a vitamin D deficiency or perhaps a pinched nerve? Thank you for your input.
