Suggest Treatment For Bruise On Ankle
Hi there, I have Charcot marine tooth disease and fall quite often. Three days ago I fell in my washroom and hit my leg. Above my ankle it went a purple blue color. I put ice on it and after 20 seconds it disappeared. A bruise showed and was gone by the next day. I still have a lump and it is very numb. My ankles swell up every once and a while. What should I Do?

Are you able to walk around?If not then getting x-ray done is recommended. Meanwhile continue with rest,Ice fomentation,limb elevation along with Ibuprofen.
