Suggest Treatment For Bruise And Swelling Of Shin After A Fall

I fell down the stairs one month ago head first did not hit my head but hit my shin. Initially there was a lot of swelling but after icing it it went down. I had bruising which is gone now. I still have some swelling and a raised bump. It feels hard to the touch. I don't really have pain. It is sensitive when rubbing in a skate. what should I do.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having big hematoma on the part and now after one month blood is absorbed but small amount of clotted blood is encapsulated giving very localized bump.
Gradually it be absorbed.
Apply thrombophob locally.
Ok and take care.
