Suggest Treatment For Brown Spotting In Pregnancy
i was due my period 10 days ago which never came but the next day i had a small amount of brown spotting that onlylasted tha morning which i thought was my period but it wasnt as it stopped. 3 days l;ater i took a pregnancy test which came up positive! could i have had a miscrriage?

Be relax first of all you should get your pregnancy confirmed through pregnancy after 2 weeks of delay in periods, it's too early to say about miscarriage and urine pregnancy test are not always confirmatory so I advise you to consult a gynaecologist and go for clinical examination.
