Suggest Treatment For Bronchiectasis

My Wife suffer badly with BRONCHIECTASIS. The tissue of the bottom of the lung it,full of small pockets full of MUCUS, she ad the operation for block sinus ,that was effecting her hearing in one ear , but now the mucus from her nose meets on her chest with the mucus from her lung s, and stop her from breathing propely ,and constant rumble . Hello...
Bronchiectasis is irreversible damage and distortion of terminal bronchioles leads to formation of pockets those are main source of mucus formation and patient coughs heavily productive sputum per day.
In this case, you have to take Bronchodilators like Tab Acebrophylline 100 mg twice a day associated with Tab Montelukast + Fexofenadin twice a day, with Inhalation bronchodilators like Tiotropium Rotacaps with Rotahaler 1 cap twice a day. Along with You have to take Mucolytics like Mucinac capsule 600 mg twice a day, with some Postural drainage of sputum and chest physiotherapy and chest expansion exercises. You also have to take a long course that is 6 weeks course of antibiotics like Moxifloxacin 400 mg once a day or Azithromycin 500 mg once a day or Augmentin Duo 1 gm twice a day.
