Suggest Treatment For Bronchiectasis

I was diagnosed with bronchiectasis 11 years ago. This is my primary diagnosis I had a Ct scan a year ago that should a right middle lobe nodule and 6months ago I had a follow up of this CT scan and it should multiple tree bud nodules. Are these nodules just from the consolidation of mucus? Do t hey ever go away? I have been had genetic testing and sweat test done for cystic fibrosis and it is negative. i had the blood work done for aspergiullius and it was positive but the pulmonnlolgist said it was contaminated I then had a bronch and it came back positive and he said that to was contaminated. How does blood work and bronchoscopy cultures come up contaminated?

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Tree in bud appearance on CT thorax seen in
1. Tuberculosis
2. ABPA (Allergic Bronchi Pulmonary Aspergillosis).
So I don't think your BAL (Broncho Alveolar Lavage) report is contaminated. This might be true report.
Yes,the pulmonologist was right about sputum report as contamination is common in sputum.
But not in BAL.
And bronchiectesis is seen in both, tuberculosis and ABPA.
So I advice you to consult another pulmonologist and discuss all these.
