Suggest Treatment For Broken Arm

Ibroke my arm on the trampoline doing a flip amd pit both arms out to stop myself whilst still on the trampoline, i bounced up and ir turned out I broke my right radius and ulna in June 2011 and had titanium pins through both bones in order to fix the bones. At the same time when I broke my arm, my left wrist had to take most of my weight, and ever since then (8 months) I ve had difficulty turning the left wrist the whole way round. I CAN turn it but it s challangling and it seems to just spring back into place straight after, it doesn t hurt at all, and it s been xrayed twice, and I ve had a type of muscle jel put on it. What could be wrong with it??
