Suggest Treatment For Bright Red Eyes With Squishy Look

My eye has been very red over the last minth an half. I went to Doctor an they thought it may be a sighness infection so gave me amaxicillian for 10 days 3 pills a day. I have completed the pills which simi helped but eye still had a jundice look during taking tge pills. 2 days later now an my eyes is bright red again tord outer side of eye an bottom an ithas a squishy look to its not as hard as my right normal eye.

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bright red eyes with squishy look. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergic conjunctivitis , bacterial conjunctivitis , blepharitis , corneal abrasion , dry eyes or iritis. I would suggest you to consult ophthalmologist fo proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like allergy test . Doctor may order immunosuppressants , anti inflammatory along with corticosteroid eye drops . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist in case of jaundice . For now wash your eyes with cold water , avoid applying any cosmetic product or take ove the counter antihistamine like benadryl twice a day .
