Suggest Treatment For Breathlessness And Sore Throat

I am out of breath if I rush around whilst looking after the grandchildren or go for a brisk walk and often I have to breath through my mouth instead of my nose. relatives have sometimes commented that I make a puffing noise! I also snore more, recently. For some weeks I have had a sore throat near my vocal cords and on occasions have brought up slightly blood streaked or pinkish mucous. Sometimes I suffer from acid reflux. Could this have burned my throat? Margaret
