Suggest treatment for breastfeeding pain

hi sir i am syed i need to clarify with u regards of my wife 24 years she had suffer from breastfeed pain ( auto feed ) we have 2 child first 8 years and one 1year + . she having table Myo mr when suffering from pain we consulted local doctor (female). Pls advise to us any treatment available for permanent quire. thanks and regards, Syed India

I can understand your concern.
Breast pain during feeding is very common.
Mostly it is due to teething, bitting or sucking hard by the baby.
So first rule out this causes.
Other causes are breast abscess, infection and hormonal imbalance.
So get done ultrasound examination of breasts and hormone levels (prolactin, estrogen and progesterone).
Treatment should be guided according to the cause. Infection and abscess will need surgical correction.
Hormonal imbalance will need hormone pills to regulate hormone levels.
Warm water pad on affected areas of breast and simple painkiller like ibuprofen are sufficient for such pain.
