Suggest Treatment For Breast Lump And Pain In Nipple

hello, my name is Teresa. I have been having serious pains in my left nipple! feels like its almost a sharp pain like a knife!!! my doctor says this is just part of the aging process, I have had my mammograms and ultra sound. there was a mass but the doctor said there was nothing else so we should wait 6 months and see what happens. he says this pain is normal and has nothing to do with the mass? Im really not sure what to think at this point? he also sees the area of concern but says hes not sure what he would be biosphying at this time. what should I do or how can I ease this pain? my breast doesn t hurt , only the nipple please help!!!!!

1. First of all do not panic.

2. From your history it looks like fibroadenosis.
I will suggest you B LONG F,PRIMOSA, Vitamin E one each at night for 3 months.
Also Tab CALPOL 650 mg as needed for pain.

3. Also, get counselled for self breast examination, and do it on your own every 3 months, USG breast every 6 months, mammography every year.

Please look for any kind of discharge from nipples.

report to your doctor if-
there is lump, increase in the size of lump, pain in lump, nipple discharge.
