Suggest Treatment For Breast Cancer

I will be going through radiation treatments soon for breast cancer and I hear that you can feel sluggest and tired from the radiation. Is there anything I can take, in order not to feel the effect as much. I am 49 years old, 113 pds, 4 11" Breast Cancer patient 12 years ago and again recently. I also work two jobs, and I need all my energy. Is there anything I can do, to help my energy level. I also recently bought a juice extractor, so that I can start drinking healthy juices.
