Suggest Treatment For Breast Cancer

The examination was carried out using 7.5Mhz high frequency probe. The breast shows normal glandular pattern. Right breast shows a 22x15 mm lobulated hypoechoic lesion at 10 o clock positioina and two well defined hypoechoic nodular lesions at 9 o cock position s/o fibreo-adenomas. No definite irregular mass/nodule seen. The ducts are not dilated No major axillary adenopathy noted. The 0 o clock lesion in right breast may be evaluated with FNA. BIRADS 3 THE CAUSE FOR BREAST CANCER YES OR NO PLEASE SIR TELL ME SOLUTION

Hi,

Your scan s/o fibroadenoma, which is a benign condition not malignant. If not symptomatic, no need for any treatment. You should only monitor the size periodically. If over a period symptoms appeared or size increased, you required treatment like an excisional biopsy.
