Suggest Treatment For Breast Cancer With Metastasis To Liver And Lungs

My Mother is a case of METASTATIC LEFT BREAST CANCER TO LIVER, LUNGS AND BONES, She was treated with hormonal Theraphy using LETROZOLE followed by TAMOXIFEN and she had disease progression with increase in liver metastasis lung metastasis and increase in the left breast mass and left axillary lymph nodes and mediastinal lymp nodes.
She was given Palliative chemotheraphy with AC of three cycles starting from 4 Dec 2010.

Taxen-based chemotherapy can be added and if she is in her 2 position, trastuzumab will act good. There are also two lines of hormone therapy.
