Suggest Treatment For Boils Appearing Between Breasts

My stepdaughter is 15 a year ago she had a place come up in between her breast which appeared to look like a boil that was oozing she went to the doctor twice and was put on meds twice and it is still not healed and this has been a year now... any suggestions on what it could be??

I suggest to get the pus or other secretion coming out from the boil to be sent for culture and sensitivity. Based on the results, we can choose appropriate antibiotic to get it healed.

On the other hand, it may also have been formed as an abscess which requires surgical correction.
