Suggest Treatment For Body Pain, Headache And Stiff Neck

Hi. My huband has acute severe body aches and horrible headache and stiff/tight neck. He is better when he takes Tylenol, but when it wears off, he is back to feeling horrible. It's been for 2 1/2 days now. He doesn't feel nauseaus or have diarrhead.... does have low fever (100.7)... what should we do?

Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your husband's symptoms seem to be related to a possible viral infection. For this reason, it is necessary having some rest, taking painkillers and avoiding physical activity in the next days.
If his situation does not improve in the next days, I would recommend consulting with his doctor for a physical check up and some tests ( a chest X ray study, complete blood count, CPK, PCR, sedimentation rate).
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes!
