Suggest Treatment For Body Pain , Fatigue And Tiredness

Hi I m pinky . I m 25yr old 5 2.my weight is60 . I m always have pain in body of no reason I m sitting in one place long time ll feel tired n fatigue. So plz advice me a pro diet n precautions so I ll become healthy. P.S I m unmarried.n pure vegetarian too..

Prolonged fatigue tiredness and vague bodyache may mean malnutrition or low energy. Do the following-
Take healthy food, more fresh fruits and vegetables, more dietary fibers, less fat and junk food.
Do exercises like brisk walking, cycling, swimming etc. It enhances metabolism.
Take multivitamin syrup once daily for a month.
Get a complete hemogram done.

Get back to me with the reports.
