Suggest Treatment For Body Pain And Lower Back Pain After Injury
I slipped a few days ago, backward on a freshly mopped tile floor and landed on my lower back then rolled back and hit my neck and head more gently. I got the wind knocked out of me and was quite nauseous following the fall. I m sore all over from the fall but my lower back hurts so much it s hard to function. What might be wrong with itand how should I proceed?

You are having musculoskeletal pain due to muscle or ligament strain. You can be prescribed Chlorzoxazone plus paracetamol containing tablet course for five days.
Hot compress can be applied over affected area. Take enough sleep and avoid strenous work. For nausea domperidone can be prescribed. Consult physician once for examination.
