i am 35yr male.. i feel uneasy, tired by evenings..uneasy feeling in chest..and eyes feel tired and blurred..heavy ness in legs. I am vegetarian and do not drink and smoke.. i have sitting job.. however i do make point to walk around office and go down into sunlight during the day
