Hello
It seems from the history that your friend had a fall following which she is having blurring of vision and swelling in the temple.
The swelling is because of collection of blood in the layers of skin. This is called as hematoma.
As of now antiinflammatory drugs can be taken to reduce pain and edema.
Since she is having blurring of vision and swelling she requires evaluation by investigations like X ray or CT scan to rule out fracture and eye examination to rule eye injury.

Thank you
