Dermatologist 's  Response
hi,
thank you for posting on HCM
as per your history, it is likely to be livedoid vasculopathy.
my advise would be:
- consult a dermatologist nearby as it will need blood investigations to find out the cause.
-it may not be due to bug bite, but a vascular disorder.
-as for now, for pain, you may take tab ibuprofen.
-take rest.
- keep a pillow underneath your leg while sleeping.
- it may require a biopsy to confirm diagnosis.
wishing you a good health.
thank you
