If few days have passed then the blood doesnt stay , it gets dissolved .
You have not written when was the trauma to your face.
If its new just 1-2 days back then there are chances that blood has got collected and is coming when you snort it.
You can take antibiotic and anti inflammatory enzymes ,and antihistaminic tablets .
It will help in decreasing the collected blood and will decrease the chances of infection .
